Project Manager Capital Projects

Within the Global SC Projects team we are looking for an experienced project manager for our capital projects.

As project manager you are responsible to deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects, with an investment of €1 to €100 million at the production locations of the FrieslandCampina Global Supply Chain. You manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineering, construction manager, commercial leads, technologist(s), QA, SHE, procurement and project team members. You are responsible for complex stakeholder management, from design up to start-up of the projects.

What we ask

• Your intellectual and professional level is at least equivalent to a Bachelor or Master's Degree;
• You have 10+ years of work experience, of which at least 3 years managing projects/building solid business cases, in food, IFT and/or Pharma;
• You have the capability to realize projects within time and budget, without making concessions to quality and safety. Specific project management skills such as Prince, WWW and PPM are an advantage;
• You know how to keep a team motivated, you are analytical and result orientated and willing to work internationally for longer periods of time;
• You have excellent communication skills in order to bring various internal and external stakeholders together to work as a team;
• The ability to travel and be on site on a regular basis;
• Advanced English language knowledge is required.

The purpose of the project manager's role is to undertake the phases, activities and tasks within specified time, cost, safety and quality constraints to deliver the required project outcome and achieve Operations Managers and Product Group Managers' satisfaction. Manage all project controls (Time, Money, Quality, Organization, Information, Risks and Safety).
