For our kitchen in Roermond, we are looking for a Line Cook who stands strong, keeps overview and gets energy from a dynamic working environment.

YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN

As a Line Cook, you work independently within the kitchen and are responsible for a consistent and well-executed performance of your tasks. You prepare dishes according to established procedures and safeguard flavour, presentation and pace, both during preparation and service.

You switch smoothly between mise en place and peak moments, maintain overview and work closely with your colleagues. In a kitchen where volume and quality come together, you know exactly what is needed to keep service running tight and controlled.

You have experience in a professional kitchen and understand what working under pressure requires. You stay sharp, work in a structured way and feel comfortable in an environment where the pace is high and expectations are clear.

Accuracy, hygiene and safety come naturally to you. You have an eye for detail and understand that quality is built through discipline and teamwork.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

You have completed a culinary education at mbo level 3 or 4, or have proven relevant work experience. You have worked in kitchens where pace, volume and quality come together and you apply HACCP and food safety practices on a daily basis.

Employment conditions are in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality CAO.

POSITION LEVEL AND SALARY

CAO reference position Line Cook, job group 5. Salary indication between €2,450 and €2,600 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
