We are now seeking an Administrator | Purchaser to join our international team and help us craft yacht and residential interiors that set the standard for luxury design.

What you will do

• Work with the director and external accountant to manage administration for both design projects and furniture/accessory purchases.
• Organize budgets, purchasing, and logistics for furniture and decorative accessories.
• Maintain accurate and well-structured digital filing for projects and suppliers.
• Support project deliveries by visiting sites with the team, ensuring items are delivered safely and installed correctly.
• Work collaboratively with the team while being able to take initiative and work independently.

What we are looking for

• A happy, positive colleague to join us.
• Accurate, reliable, proactive, and punctual professional with 3+ years of experience in the luxury interiors market.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Twinfield .
• Fluency in Dutch and English .
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Amsterdam area (valid NL work permit required).
