We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the Netherlands, with a base in our Utrecht office and the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

The role As a Project Manager within the TimeEdit customer success team, you will:

• Simultaneously lead multiple implementation projects across the Netherlands and internationally, working with colleagues from our different offices
• Spearhead, create and own the full project implementation plan per each customer
• Ensure high quality delivery of the project by staying in control of budget, scope, time, risks, changes, etc.
• Own and manage customer relationships to showcase the value of TimeEdit and ensure customer happiness, engagement and retention
• Surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set up and onboarding experience

We urge you to apply if you:

• Have several of years experience leading and organizing a team in an agile and fast moving environment, preferably as a Project manager or similar
• Knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, the implementation of SaaS products and services
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
• Have exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
• Are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English; German is considered a plus
• You are empathetic and have a positive, "can do" attitude - driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping our customers reach their goals.
