Senior Producer

We're looking for an experienced producer with a sharp mind for structure and a steady hand under pressure. Someone who finds energy in complexity, feels at home in a fast-moving environment and genuinely enjoys helping others do their best work.

As a senior producer at &ranj, you'll play a key role in shaping both our projects and our teams. You'll work closely with our clients, guiding them through the agile development process, helping clarify their goals, and translating those into a digital product. Every project is different, tailored to the client's challenge, with a clear beginning and end.

At the same time, you'll lead one of our internal development teams, making sure the team stays connected, focused, and supported throughout each project phase. It's a role with real responsibility, and one that is deeply rewarding if you care about people, process, and making a meaningful difference.
