Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead project teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure timely and high-quality execution of work within our industrial environment.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily project activities.
• Plan and prepare work in collaboration with team leads and production management.
• Provide technical input and ensure project feasibility.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
• Act as the main contact for clients, subcontractors, and inspectors during execution.
• Lead a team (direct & indirect), conduct evaluations, and ensure team development.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or team supervision in a technical or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and provide hands-on guidance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willing to take ownership of quality, planning, and team performance
