Packaging operator

Are you looking for your next step as an operator in the food industry? This position in Deventer might be exactly what you’re looking for! We’re currently seeking a motivated Packaging Operator to join the packaging department of an innovative and growing production company. You’ll be working full-time in a 2-shift system, with working hours from 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00.

As a Packaging Operator, you ensure the packaging process runs smoothly. You keep the packaging machine running efficiently and step in when needed. You have an eye for quality, stay on top of things, and act quickly in case of technical faults or deviations.

Your daily tasks include:

• Monitoring the packaging machines and production process
• Setting up and adjusting machines for product changes
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe

You can count on excellent working conditions, including:

• A gross hourly wage starting at €17.95, excluding shift allowance
• 17% shift allowance
• Full-time employment in a 2-shift system
• Working hours:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
  • Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00
• Three 20-minute breaks per shift
• A pleasant working atmosphere in a close-knit and supportive team

Dit vragen wij van jou

You are a (trainee) operator who enjoys getting things done, has an eye for detail, and can work independently. While diplomas are a plus, what matters most is your mindset and basic technical skills.

You match this profile if you:

• Have experience in a production environment, preferably as an operator
• Can identify and, if possible, resolve technical malfunctions independently
