Demand Planner - Forecasting & Buying

The job

As a Demand Planner , you are responsible for forecasting demand, planning and executing biannual buying cycles, and managing stock levels across European markets. The role ensures optimal product availability while supporting commercial and financial objectives through effective inventory control and forward-looking, data-driven planning.

The role is based in Warmond (nearby Leiden) and is part of our Merchandise team, you will report into our Head of Merchandise.

Key accountabilities

As Demand Planner, you are responsible for pre-season activities focused on building accurate forecasts and executing effective buying cycles, as well as in-season responsibilities centered on forward-looking, forecast-led inventory management and the development of reporting and planning tools to support data-driven decision-making.
