Job Application at Brasserie van Baerle

Brasserie van Baerle has been the most well-known restaurant in Amsterdam South for years. It has French contemporary cuisine ("Noueveau classique), an acclaimed wine list, many regular and loyal visitors and a green courtyard with a lovely terrace. Especially if you are eager to learn and want to further develop your skills, Van Baerle is the right place for you. We taste a lot together, regularly hold wine/food tastings and form an experienced team. New colleagues are always welcome, also to train.

What do we have to offer? A cozy team, a varied work environment, with normal working hours, lunch and dinner (6 days a week; closed on Saturday), a good salary and training in cooking, wine and hospitality.
