As a Customer Service Representative French you are responsible for the the complete transportation process. You will fulfil the wishes of the customers by being in continuous contact with different departments within the organisation and external stakeholders.

Minimum of B2 level French is required.

Description

• Organising the international transport by being in contact with loading bays, loading partners a logistics schedulers.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers, suppliers and transporters in order to relieve them as much as possible.
• Providing the customer needs in consultation with the various internal departments of the organisation: logistics, trade and quality.
• Responsible for handling orders, new and existing once.
• Taking care of the correct registration and the optimisation of the information in the different systems.
• Handling questions and complaints from producers and customers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving non-routine complains.
• Analysing order patterns en metrics to optimise en solve bottlenecks.

Profile

• Completed HBO degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Food & Business or International Business & Management Studies.
• You have an affinity with the logistics sector.
• Fluent command of the French and English, dutch is a plus
• You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills.
• You are available for 40 hours a week.
