With over 30 years of international experience in executive protection, we safeguard CEOs, diplomats, celebrities, and ultra-high-net-worth families in the Netherlands and worldwide.

We work exclusively with professionals who have proven experience in complex security operations and who meet the industry's strictest qualification requirements.

As a Close Protection Officer (CPO) , you are responsible for the safety, mobility, and privacy of our clients. You work proactively and prevent threats through tactical preparation, observation, and risk management.

You are not there to respond when things go wrong - you are there to prevent that from happening.

• Close protection services domestically and internationally

• Route planning, location reconnaissance, and threat analysis

• Support as a driver, surveillance operative, or advanced agent

• Collaboration within multidisciplinary security teams

• Preventive risk detection and scenario-based thinking

We are seeking exclusively experienced professionals with a proven track record in both government and private security.

Government or Military Background

Minimum 4 years of operational experience with:

• DKDB , BSB , BOT

• Comparable government units with close protection experience

Private Sector Expertise

Minimum 5 years of experience in close protection:

• Preventive surveillance operative in high-risk environments

• Security team leader for VIP/celebrity clients

• Protective intelligence specialist

• Advance agent for international movements

Age & Location

• Minimum 28 years old

• Residing in Amsterdam, The Hague, or within 15 km

⚠ MANDATORY CERTIFICATIONS - NON-NEGOTIABLE

✋ #1: Dutch Security License

You MUST possess a Dutch Security License with EXPLICITLY stated:

✔ Authorization: CLOSE PROTECTION

Without this specific authorization on your license, we cannot process your application.

This is a legal requirement for close protection work in the Netherlands. Check your license before applying.

Additional Mandatory Certifications:

• CCV-D2 Security Driving Certificate or higher (Security Driving Training)
• Certified Close Protection Training (internationally recognized)
• Certificate of Conduct (VOG) - Recent, without a criminal record
• First Aid/Emergency Response Certificate + TECC/TCCC (Tactical trauma medical training, max. 3 years old)
• Driver's License
• MBO 3 education level (minimum)

Requirements

Physical & Mental:

• Excellent physical condition - Minimum 2.4 km run in <12 minutes
• Martial arts background
• Mental sharpness - Scenario thinker, alert without paranoia

Language Proficiency:

• Dutch : Fluent (native level)
• English : Fluent (business & operational)
• Additional languages : Spanish, French, German - Strong preference

• Availability - Willing to work irregular shifts and international assignments

What We Offer

Salary & Employment Conditions:

• CAO Security Collective Agreement - Market-competitive salary based on role and experience

• Irregular Hours Allowance - For evening, night, and weekend shifts

• Travel Expense Reimbursement - Per CAO agreement
