    Vacancy: Service & Bar Manager

    ⭐ 1. Leadership - You're the key player on the floor

    As Service & Bar Manager, you are the driving force behind the guest experience, service quality, and team performance. You are visibly present, lead with energy, and radiate calm and professionalism when things get busy.

    You are responsible for the entire bar and service team and play a key role in:

    • setting up a sharp and efficient service flow;

    • creating a positive and motivating team atmosphere;

    • safeguarding quality, speed, and guest focus;

    • training, coaching, and inspiring your colleagues;

    • professionalizing processes and standards;

    • managing scheduling, labor costs, and efficiency.

    You get a lot of autonomy. You run your department as if it were your own business - with the support of the General Manager. Your leadership determines the level of Barça.

    Compensation - A package that matches your level

    Financial

    • Starting salary: €45,000 gross per year (incl. 8% holiday allowance)

    • Signing bonus: €3,500 gross (after completing the calendar year)

    • Performance bonus: percentage based on staff performance

    • Hold-on bonus

    Job Requirements - What we expect from you

    ✔ Experience & skills

    • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (e.g., floor manager, shift leader, assistant manager, or bar/service manager).

    • Experience leading teams, coaching, and managing staff.

    • Strong knowledge of bar & service, guest experience, and service processes.

    • Comfortable in a dynamic, lively hospitality environment.
