We develop smart and relevant ICT applications with innovative technologies such as RPA (software robots), Python, open source AI models, Chatgpt, PowerBI, low-code et al. So we are an ICT company? Mwah…not really. We are mainly a close-knit club of professionals who want to make an impact. How? By helping our customers solve problems that are often caused by shortcomings in their ICT systems or by increasing shortages in the labor market.

What are you joining us to do?

Sometimes you're a consultant, sometimes you're a project manager. Most of the time you're both.

As a (Senior) Consultant Intelligent Automation, you are fascinated by the possibilities of new technology. Like us, you truly believe that technology will fundamentally change the way we work in the coming years. You don't want to watch this change from the sidelines, but you want to be part of it. And that's exactly what you come to do with us.

You will work for our clients in (public) transport, healthcare institutions, housing corporations, employment agencies, educational institutions, large family businesses, engineering firms and construction companies. You will often be in charge of several client projects simultaneously.

You provide presentations, demos, workshops and training. You make impact analyses, project proposals, roadmaps and business cases. You help the customer get started and you guide the change process. Your role varies from business analyst, consultant, architect or project lead to scrum master. You manage project budgets, automation backlogs and create sprint plans.

This is where you recognize yourself

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an information analyst, consultant and/or project leader;
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant trends in ICT such as RPA, AI, low-code application development, cloud computing, SaaS, information security et al;
• Knowledge of and (preferably) experience with LEAN, Agile and Scrum is a plus;
• You write, present and inspire like the best and you listen even better if possible;
• You quickly switch between conceptual thinking and practical implementation, between ICT and business, and between the 'shop floor' and the boardroom;
• You are collegial and enjoy helping others grow and be successful;
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a command of the English language;
