Your role

We are looking for a Quality Inspector for our Quality department! Do you get energy from performing checks, investigating deviations, and improving processes? Then we would like to invite you for an interview!

For almost 80 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.

In this position, you will play an important role within Moba's production environment. You will perform quality checks, investigate deviations, and ensure that findings are properly recorded. In doing so, you will not only help to solve problems, but above all to prevent them in the future. You will work with colleagues from various departments, from production to engineering and purchasing. You will deal with a wide range of issues: from assessing components to conducting audits or analyzing process data.

A selection of your tasks:

Quality control

• You record internal deviations and rejects and ensure they are handled correctly.

• You check internal stocks and compositions and investigate the cause of any deviations.

• You carry out interim checks in production on request and assess quality.

• You take random samples based on checklists, drawings, specifications, and measuring equipment.

• You will perform process and product audits.

• You will check incoming goods and communicate findings to internal departments and suppliers.

Administration

• You process measurement data, surveys, and other quality registrations in the appropriate systems.

• You prepare reports and share them with the relevant departments and suppliers.

• You provide input for improvement proposals and support their implementation.

What we ask of you

• Vocational education (MBO+/HBO) working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background;
• Preferably several years of experience in a similar position within a production environment. Are you a starter with relevant internship experience? Then we invite you to respond as well!
• Knowledge of production and business processes;
• The ability to read technical drawings is an advantage;
• Experience with control methods and the use of measuring equipment is an advantage;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
