YOUR CHALLENGE

As a Process Engineer, you play a key role in developing efficient and sustainable production processes. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to devise innovative solutions that reduce our environmental impact while enhancing productivity.

You will be responsible for:

• Process optimization : analyzing and improving existing processes with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

• Innovation : designing and implementing new, eco-friendly techniques and processes.

• Collaboration : contributing to collective successes in a multidisciplinary team.

• Safety and environment : safeguarding and promoting safety and environmental friendliness in all processes.

Additionally, you will be involved in improvement projects and plant expansions. You will play a crucial role in implementing new technologies and products that align with our sustainability goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in a similar role within the (chemical) industry.

• Passion for innovation, sustainability, safety, and collaboration.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Analytical strength, with attention to detail and results.

• You speak fluent English and Dutch.
