We work closely with dairy farmers and strategic partners to create sustainable agri-food chains. Our global accounting team is mainly based in the Netherlands and collaborates internationally with other teams to ensure financial compliance across all our markets.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming invoices: Manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate data entry, timely payments, and resolving discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits.
• Maintaining the balance sheet and P&L: Prepare and reconcile balance sheets monthly, ensure P&L accuracy by reviewing transactions, and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Financial reporting and compliance: Preparing financial reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with auditors during reviews.
• Coordination with departments: Work with procurement and finance teams to manage invoice approvals and provide updates on accounts payable and reporting.

Who are you?

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a background in accounting, financial control, and analysis.
• Minimum of 4 years in a financial role. Experience in auditing firms or administrative finance and accounting roles is highly valued.
• Advanced or professional, essential for collaborating with teams in the Netherlands.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial control and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability for occasional travel to the Netherlands, especially during the initial training period.
