HGV - Late Shift

Locatie: Bexley

Role: HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic

Location: Bexley, DA1 5QJ

Hours: 45 hours per week | between 12:00 and 00:00 Monday to Tuesday - Looking for flexibility? We offer 40-hour and 26-hour per week options to fit your needs

Salary: between £47,709.38 - £56,569.82 pa DOE (based on 45hpw)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HGV Technician to join our Aftermarket team!

This hands-on role involves maintaining and repairing refuse collection vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on chassis and mounted equipment
• Service vehicles to VOSA standards and prepare them for MOT inspections
• Complete body and chassis repairs and ensure compliance with Department of Transport specifications
• Maintain accurate records and enter job details into company systems
• Liaise professionally with customers and work independently at customer sites
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
• Follow health and safety procedures and conduct risk assessments where required
• Undertake training to enhance technical skills and knowledge
