This role supports accounting operations across accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth processes. You'll handle invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end closings, and contribute to improving efficiency within the finance team.

Description

• Support accounting specialists across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Review, process, and record incoming and outgoing invoices
• Perform checks, registration, and processing of accounts receivable/payable
• Create monthly overviews of outstanding accounts receivable/payable
• Book bank transactions and process payments
• Reconcile e-commerce payments
• Identify discrepancies and support process improvements
• Contribute to month-end closing activities
• Compare financial documents with receipts for consistency and accuracy
• Reconcile intercompany transactions
• Gather Finance and Administration data for the Manager Accounting
• Credit control
• General Ledger tasks

Profile

• Holds an MBO+ education in Accounting
• Has at least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and proactive
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment and initiative
