The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in driving smooth financial operations by managing invoicing, payments, and credit control with accuracy and efficiency. Description

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, from invoicing to collections.
• Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments and bank transactions.
• Reconcile intercompany and e-commerce payments.
• Perform credit control activities to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams as the financial point of contact.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with General Ledger tasks and financial reporting.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and support overall finance efficiency.

Profile

• Strong background in accounting with hands-on Accounts Receivable experience
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive, with ownership of processes
• Able to drive improvements and support efficient finance operations
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Entrepreneurial attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results
