Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time job? Do you want to gain experience at a major, international asset manager? A global investment team is seeking administrative support. This role is for approximately 20-30 hours per month. These hours are split by 18 hours in the first week of the month and the rest of the hours can be filled during the other weeks.

• € 15,00 - € 16,73 per hour

You are precise and have a keen eye for detail. An affinity for investments and performance reporting is important. You also meet the following requirements:

• You are fluent in English (speaking and writing). Dutch is not required.
• You are competent with programs like Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Especially Excel
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
• You are flexible, assertive, and service-oriented.

You will be a key link in the monthly reporting process. The team relies on your accuracy. You will be working with strict deadlines. Your tasks will include:

• Updating monthly reports.
• Incorporating new data and commentaries into the reports.
• Creating summary texts of monthly commentaries.
• Various other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team

You will be working for a major player in the investment world. The work environment is professional and modern. This is an in-office role. The location is perfect: right next to Rotterdam Central Station. What do we offer?
