Job Vacancy - Senior Lawyer with a focus on Litigationwith growth/partnership ambition (10+ years of experience)

You are an experienced litigator, accustomed to complex cases and demanding clients. But no longer on hierarchy, internal politics, and endless memos. At LEAN LAWYERS, as a senior litigation lawyer, you contribute to a B Corp law firm where litigation is focused on impact, simplicity, and genuine collaboration.

Your role

• You conduct and manage complex procedures (civil/commercial/corporate/financial litigation), often with a corporate law or financial component.
• You are a strategic sparring partner for clients and colleagues, and easily switch between the boardroom and the courtroom.
• You contribute to the litigation practice of LEAN: propositions, processes, knowledge sharing, productized services.
• You mentor and develop juniors/mediors and have a clear vision on leadership in the "new legal profession".

Who you are

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a lawyer (litigation is your core), preferably at a Top 30-50 firm or specialized practice.
• Strong in process strategy and in simplifying complex matters for clients.
• Enterprising, curious, and ready to look beyond the traditional hours model.
• You are yourself and gain energy from collaboration, feedback, and building an office - not just your own revenue.
• You have clear ideas about the future of litigation and want to be at the forefront.
• You possess the 'LEAN DNA'.
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English and are i n is committed to retaining customers and building a practice.
