PLNT students community ambassador (NL)

PLNT is the innovation hub where entrepreneurial students, start-ups and researchers come together to build innovative solutions for tomorrow's world. To further grow our student community, we are looking for several Student Ambassadors (approximately 12 hours per week).

Your role

As a Student Ambassador, you will be one of the faces of PLNT within the student community. Combining community building and marketing in one role, you will help make PLNT visible, accessible and attractive to students.

• You actively connect with students and build a strong network in Leiden and/or The Hague
• You attend events, get-togethers, career fairs and other places where students congregate
• You will help organize and promote workshops, meetups and community events
• You think about how we can better reach and activate students
• You will support (and learn about) marketing activities such as social media, content and campaigns
• You collaborate with the PLNT team, but also dare to take initiative independently

What we offfer

• A flexible side job of 8-12 hours per week (negotiable)
• Lots of room for your own ideas, initiative and personal growth

• Guidance from the PLNT team and access to a strong entrepreneurial network
• Training-on-the-job in community building, marketing and events
• Compensation of €14.55 per hour (including vacation pay)

Who are you

• You are a mbo, hbo or wo-student in Leiden or The Hague (all fields of study welcome)
• You have or easily build an active network within the student community
• You are enthusiastic, sociable and not afraid to approach people
• You are proactive, independent and like to take ownership
• You have an affinity for entrepreneurship and innovation
• You have an interest in marketing and communications (experience is a plus, not a must)
• You speak both Dutch (fluently) and English (well enough to hold a conversation)
