Blacktrace is an award-winning, independent transaction specialist in international mergers and acquisitions, headquartered in 's-Hertogenbosch. We support family businesses, entrepreneurs, management teams, corporates, and investors in the areas: sale, acquisitions, management buy-out, corporate valuation and growth financing. The typical transaction value for these businesses lies between €20 and €250 million. Our expertise in the Dutch and Belgian market is complemented by our participation in an international network of similar boutiques having strong local presence and expertise in top economies worldwide. Career

We offer internships and full-time starter positions and can tailor the job to your needs with respect to duration, fields of interest and your desired development path. Our internships and starter positions are characterized by a steep learning curve thanks to a combination of learning on the job, responsibilities from the start and support from experienced M&A professionals. Internships often result in full-time employment and have starting dates year-round with a minimum internship period of five months. We seek top talent with ambition to become a full-fledged M&A professional.
