To further strengthen our commercial impact, we are looking for an Accountmanager who sees opportunities, takes ownership and knows how to connect people.
Your Role
As an Accountmanager, you are commercially responsible for driving and expanding our growth. You are visible in the market, build long-term customer relationships and translate strategic opportunities into tangible results. You work closely with sales, operations, marketing and product development, and report directly to management.
Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clear and achievable sales strategy aligned with Q-Tech's vision and growth ambitions

Achieve revenue and margin targets within your markets

Actively approach and develop key accounts, dealers and partners
-
Identify market trends and customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities

Negotiate pricing, terms and partnerships
-
Visit customers and attend (inter)national trade fairs
-
Collaborate intensively with internal departments to optimally serve customer needs
-
At least 5-10 years of experience in a commercial role (Account Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar)

Proven experience in a technical or industrial B2B environment

An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset

Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust and collaboration

Experience with international markets is a plus
-
Excellent command of Dutch and English ; German and/or French is a plus

Strong analytical skills, results-driven, and able to translate strategy into action
