Location of Internship: Hunkemöller HQ in Almere (Sterkenburg 3, Almere - Please check the travel distance to our HQ, as it is located in a more remote area) - Please note that the location of this vacancy will be moving from Almere to Hilversum as from Summer 2026!

  • Supporting project management in the daily coordination and progress monitoring of (ongoing) (international) projects.

  • Assisting with work preparation, including checking dra wings, preparing work instructions, and preparing material and equipment requirements.

  • Participating in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of schedules and project reports.

  • Contributing to quality procedures, including conducting observations and reporting.

  • Supporting (construction) meetings and compiling meeting summaries and action points.

  • Providing administrative support for the planning, preparation, delivery, and documentation of (international) projects.

  • Identifying potential improvements in processes and contributing ideas for optimizations within the implementation.

  • Education: Final MBO internship or HBO ** Architecture (/ Real Estate), Civil Engineering or similar field. Hotel school with an interest in retail/construction and development **.

  • Strong interest in construction processes, project management, and implementation within an international organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in multiple languages (preferably Dutch, English, and [other language, German]).

  • Experience with software applications such as Excel, AutoCAD/Revit/Sketchup, and InDesign is a plus

  • Gain insight into the preparation, realization, and implementation of complex (international) retail projects.

  • Develop practical and organizational skills within a multidisciplinary project team.

  • Apply financial and technical knowledge in the field of construction methods, planning, and project management.

  • Gain experience in communication and collaboration between property owners, project managers, design teams, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Travel Allowance: Max. 23 € per day (based on your travel distance ), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

  • Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop.

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2026 . Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship .   • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement ( Nuffic Agreement).
