The Role

As Assistant Store Manager at , you'll be the right hand of the Store Manager and jointly responsible for the daily success. You'll lead the team, ensure an inspiring store experience, and work with your colleagues to achieve the sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the team and creating a positive, energetic work atmosphere

• Actively contributing to achieving sales goals

• Recruiting, training and motivating staff to build a strong sales team

• Implementing guidelines for store layout and product display

• Managing inventory and admin in line with standards

• Planning and executing promotions and product changes

• ♂ Representing and protecting the brand on the shop floor

✅ Your Profile

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role

• Strong communication and people management skills

• A commercial mindset and a keen eye for trends

• ❤ A passion for board sports and the lifestyle

• A hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
