Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics? In our dynamic warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. Together with three fellow team leads, you'll oversee daily activities and guide a team of around ten employees to perform at their best. You are a strong communicator, a hands-on coordinator, and an inspiring coach.

You will be joining a fast-growing international producer in the food industry, supplying high-quality products to both retail partners and a large franchise network. The organisation operates a modern, high-standard production facility and works exclusively with natural ingredients, meeting strict quality and safety requirements.

Description

• Achieve operational targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and develop your team; manage planning, interviews, and performance reviews
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse layout, order picking, and overall efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment that meets strict quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure clear communication across teams

Profile

• Competitive salary between €3,000 and €4,000 per month, plus overtime and irregular-shift allowances

Job Offer
