With a team of approximately 20 professionals, we serve a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries. We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and grow our audit practice.
The Role
As Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements from planning to completion and act as the primary contact for clients. You will manage teams, review technical work, and contribute to strategic development and quality control within the firm.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on client relationships, team development and firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit teams
Plan, execute and review audit and assurance engagements
Act as primary client contact throughout the year
Review IFRS-related assignments and complex reporting issues
Ensure compliance with professional standards
Contribute to firm-wide quality control and strategic development
Mentor and develop team members
Profile
RA / ACCA / CPA (completed or near completion)
Strong technical IFRS knowledge
Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role
Experience with audit tools
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong leadership and client management skills
