Description

• Manage a portfolio of entities, ensuring all property‑level and corporate‑level accounting is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Deliver timely monthly reporting to key stakeholders with full ownership of the figures.
• Perform detailed ledger reviews and financial analysis, working closely with internal departments to maintain strong financial control.
• Assist in preparing annual statutory financial statements and support external auditors during year‑end audits.
• Collaborate across teams, ensuring smooth information flow and accurate financial data.
• Apply strong accounting knowledge, particularly in property accounting and entity management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset in daily interactions.

Profile

• Excellent accounting knowledge, experience in property accounting and entity management is a plus
• Ability to manage a portfolio of entities, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date property‑ and corporate‑level accounting.
