Bartender

Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam's best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.

Located in the center of the hotel, you find our Bar Brasserie OCCO where high quality products, craftsmanship and personal service are key. We welcome our guests for breakfast, lunch, high wine, dinner and cocktails.

Bar Brasserie OCCO is looking for a passionate bartender. As bartender you are responsible for all bar activities during your shift and you report to the Bar Brasserie Manager and Head Bartender. You make sure the mise en place is prepared and you take care of all cocktails and other ordered beverages. Next to that you perform as a host(ess) and together with the team, you ensure that the guests have a fantastic experience. You can participate in composing a creative cocktail menu, both with and without alcohol. In addition, together with the Head Bartender you develop cocktails for events and special occasions.

Who are you?

• You have gained experience as bartender.
• You have knowledge about cocktails spirits and wines.
• You have a helicopter view and eye for detail.
• You are enthusiastic and creative.
• You are hospitable and you find it important to create a special experience for each guest.
