As an Operator 3 Shifts, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and accurately. You work with machines, perform checks, and closely monitor quality. You handle minor technical issues independently and work according to established procedures.

Your tasks include:

• You independently resolve minor technical issues
• You carry out quality checks during the production process
• You work with a face mask, for which you receive an allowance of €0.57 per hour
• You carefully package microscopically small mites
• You set up and operate machines

You work in a three-shift system, rotating weekly:

• Afternoon/evening shift from 14:15 to 22:45
• Morning shift from 06:15 to 15:15
• Night shift from 22:15 to 06:45

• MBO level 2 working and thinking level, you speak English; Dutch is a plus
• Motivation to be trained as an operator and basic technical insight
• You work accurately, think ahead, and take initiative
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system and available for at least 6 hours per shift
• You have your own transportation or can arrive at the location on time

• A gross hourly wage of €16.26 including ADV
• An allowance of €0.57 per hour for working with a face mask
• Attractive shift allowances: 125% after 6:00 PM and 140% after 9:00 PM
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer starting from 0 kilometers
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days
• Immediate pension accrual
• Possibility of takeover and a permanent contract at Koppert with good performance
