Description

• Work on different workstations or production lines following clear instructions.
• Check products to make sure they meet the required standards.
• Prepare products for shipment to sterilization.
• Record which materials were used, so everything stays traceable.
• Note the results of assembly and inspections on the correct forms.
• Add the date and your initials to completed production steps.
• Collect and prepare all items needed for production (kitting).
• Keep the packaging and kitting areas clean and tidy.

• You work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• You understand the importance of good personal hygiene.
• You can handle different tasks as an all-round production operator and feel comfortable working with groups.
• You act openly and consistently, and you follow through on what you say.
• You're motivated to do quality work and aim for high standards.
• You stay calm under pressure, learn from setbacks and keep a positive, realistic outlook.
• You're flexible when tasks or workstations change.
• You take responsibility for the quality of the products you work on.
• You always follow the Work Instructions, which are written in English, so you can read and understand them well enough to carry out your tasks.
