We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the financial domain to join The Magnum Ice Cream Company (part of Unilever). This is a 1-year temporary assignment with potential extension, focusing on SAP S/4HANA financial processes, data integration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Description

• Functional & Process Expertise:

  • Understand financial control and planning processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash Management, Taxation, Costing).
  • Document financial master data and transactional integrations with ERP and related systems.

• System & Data Analysis:

  • Ensure SAP S/4HANA configuration supports effective processes.
  • Map data requirements and flows across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Define data transformation logic and validation rules.

• Integration & Design Support:

  • Document end-to-end data and process integrations across SAP and connected platforms.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure data flow consistency and alignment with business rules.
  • Support SAP Finance and Planning cutover procedures.

• Documentation, Testing & Training:

  • Create process flows, functional specs, data mapping sheets, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Support UAT execution and deliver training sessions for business users and IT teams.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with Finance SMEs, IT, and data governance teams.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and support change management activities.

Profile

• You live in the Netherlands
• Immediately available
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms is highly desirable
• 3+ years' experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in SAP Finance modules, data integration, or ERP implementation
• Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master) is advantageous

• Salary between €4500 - €6500 based on 40h and experience
• 32-40h work week
