We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in R&D to join The Magnum Ice Cream Company (part of Unilever).

This is a 1-year assignment with potential extension, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and Centric PLM deployment, data integration, process design, and regulatory compliance.

Description

Process & Functional Expertise

• Understand R&D processes including product lifecycle management, new product introduction, quality, pilot planning, recipe management, packaging, artwork, and regulatory compliance.
• Document R&D functionality and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and related systems.

System & Data Analysis

• Ensure SAP S/4HANA and Centric PLM configurations support effective R&D processes.
• Map data requirements, flows, and define transformation logic between ERP, PLM, and reporting tools.

Integration & Design Support

• Support end-to-end integration design and documentation across SAP, Centric PLM, and connected platforms.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure data flow consistency and assist in testing integration scenarios.

Documentation, Testing & Training

• Produce clear documentation including process flows, functional specs, data mapping sheets, and test scripts.
• Support UAT execution and deliver training sessions for business and IT teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between business SMEs and technical teams, translating R&D needs into system specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, IT, and data governance teams to ensure alignment on requirements.

Profile

• You live in the Netherlands
• Immediately available
• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus\
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Centric integrations, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• 3+ years' experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in R&D IT systems, data integration, or ERP implementation.
• Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master) is advantageous.

• Salary between €4500 - €6500 based on 40h and experience
