We are currently looking for Payments Business Consultants / Analyst to support its growth and gives you the opportunity to work on exciting projects!

Your day-to-day activities:

• Engage with client stakeholders and SMEs to understand the payments business needs, aligned with their business strategy and market developments

• Translate the needs into requirements

• Engage with the transformation / development teams to ensure the business need is implemented effectively

• Continuously keep your knowledge of key developments in payments up to date to remain an expert of choice and a trusted advisor for our clients

• Support business development activities

What you need to be successful in this role :

• Master/Bachelor degree

• At least 3 years of experience in one or more areas of (banking) payments, such as SEPA Instant Payments, Credit Transfer, Direct Debits, International Payments, Open Banking, SWIFT, Clearing and Settlement, Request to Pay

• Strong analytical and consulting skills and eager to learn

• Have a sharp eye for details, while not losing the overall picture

• Self-starter, strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to facilitate and lead workshops to ensure a robust understanding of business needs and priorities within the project.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure clear client requirements are drawn-out, prioritized and clearly defined/understood by the client and development team

• Experience of Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban, etc) and working as Product Owner

• Documentation - methods and techniques for writing effective business reports, slides and specifications

• Fluent communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch

Working pattern: due to the secure nature of the work we are operating with a hybrid working policy. We would expect our members to be in their local office as and when required. Some travel to other CGI or client sites might be required (all travel away from your base office is expensed)
