What you will do:

• An organisation driven by innovation, sustainable improvement and the continuous pursuit of the best result.
• Thinking about the core issue, comes up with creative and innovative solutions and develops a clear strategy to optimise the client's business model.
• Besides shaping the strategy, you also supervise its implementation and set-up and realisation at the client. You move the client's organisation and work together with them to make the implementation a success.
• Build consulting skills within a learning environment with other experienced professionals, including through internal and external training at the TNXTOAcademy

What we are looking for in you:

• Curiosity, entrepreneurial, commercial, self-starting and full of ideas.
• Broad interest in strategy, customer behaviour and organisational development.
• Easily switch between analysis, collaboration and attention to detail.
• You are aware of current trends and developments so that you can advise clients appropriately.
• Experience guiding pathways and teams in an advisory role.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience within consultancy or strategy (Do you have less than three years' experience? Then apply for the vacancy Strategic Consultant Beginner).
• A completed WO education in a relevant field, such as (technical) business administration, business economics, international business, strategic management.
• Command of the Dutch language at a professional level to communicate with our Dutch customers.
