Wie is Stater eigenlijk? Wellicht heb je nog nooit van ons gehoord, dus wij leggen je graag uit wat we doen. Binnen stater ontwikkelen en leveren wij hypothecaire diensten en platformen voor externe geldgevers. Met onze producten en diensten beheren wij 40% van de hypotheken in Nederland. Werken bij ons is dus werken bij een organisatie die midden in de maatschappij staat met producten die veel Nederlandse gezinnen (indirect) raken. Onze klanten zijn o.a. grote Nederlandse banken en andere geldverstrekkers.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Business Analyst, you advise both internal and external clients on the use of existing and new data products. You translate functional questions and business requirements into concrete solutions by defining functional specifications and improving processes and systems within the Data & Analytics domain - one of Stater's core capabilities. You'll work in an enthusiastic Scrum team of developers, delivering products in sprints.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an Agile and data-driven mindset. In this diverse role, you easily connect with all stakeholders (operations, business representatives, and clients) and serve as their primary subject matter expert. You organise sessions, work closely with the Product Owner, and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives. You are proactive in proposing new ideas, adding value to products, and optimising solutions.

You are a driven and analytical professional who enjoys sharing knowledge and working with clients. You thrive in financial services and data. Analysis and quick thinking are your key qualities.

Your work will consist of:

Defining functional requirements and data modelling

Translating functional questions into concrete process and data solutions

Data analysis from source to end product

Supporting the team's Agile way of working

Coordinating cross-departmental tasks

Understanding and helping shape the current and future technical architecture

Validating whether implemented solutions meet functional requirements

Learning the basics of current and new technologies as needed
