To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Controller to join our team in Wijk bij Duurstede.

Your Function

Are you ready to advance your career as a Business Controller? At AEGIR?Marine, you'll step into a role with clear growth prospects. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with our Controller team and ICT, you'll help drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiate & Lead Global Improvement Projects

  Drive end?to?end ICT studies and system implementations, delivering scalable efficiency gains.

• Optimize core processes

  collaborate with stakeholders to create, analyze and improve primary and support workflows using LEAN principles.

• Ensure Compliance & Risk management

  Oversee regulatory adherence and internal controls, advising on risk?mitigation strategies.

• You bring proven experience in project management

• You're well?versed in LEAN methodologies, compliance frameworks and legal support.

• You collaborate seamlessly across departments and stakeholder groups.

• You excel at presenting business insights and developing dynamic dashboards.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Finance.

• 3-7 years of experience in a comparable Business Controller role.

• Experience in project management and process optimization.

• Solid knowledge of LEAN methodology

• Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

• Experienced with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
