CORPUS "journey through the human body" is located in the 35-meter-high giant along the A44 in Oegstgeest. Here, hundreds of visitors discover the wonders of the human body every day during the spectacular "journey through the human body." In addition, there is a large multifunctional and impressive conference center. Together, these two form a special and challenging workplace for our culinary team. There is a restaurant where visitors can enjoy an extensive range of luxury lunch sandwiches, salads, snacks, and hot/cold drinks. In addition, during large conferences, the team provides lunch and dinner buffets, either in collaboration with our external caterer or independently. Small conference parties enjoy extensive lunches and snacks from our own kitchen.

What you will be doing:

• As an independent chef, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving various sandwiches, salads, and snacks in our renovated restaurant.
• You will also be responsible for providing lunch for business visitors to the conference center.
• You are responsible for quality and presentation.
• You monitor compliance with hygiene rules and HACCP guidelines.
• Supervising part-time kitchen staff.

You are:

• An experienced chef
• Stress-resistant and creative
• Communicative and a team player
• Available on weekends
• Proficient in the Dutch language
