Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam's best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.

The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for a Chef de Rang Restaurant Vinkeles. As Chef de Rang you are responsible for receiving and guiding guests to Restaurant Vinkeles, serving and explaining beautiful dishes and above all taking care of an ultimate experience for the guest. You work in a small and close-knit team that ensures a consistently high quality together.

• You graduated from the Secondary or Higher Hotel School.

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

• Fixed weekend Sunday/Monday. Dinner service only.
• Travel allowance starting from 5 kilometres.
