Our international client is a developer and supplier of analytical laboratory equipment, including GC, GC-MS and HPLC equipment

As a Senior Scientist Analytical Chemistry you will guide the development of analytical solutions for both standard and customized analyzers, working in close collaboration with production, applications and engineering teams across multiple locations. 

• You will provide guidance to the custom solutions team in the order-to-sales process for customized solutions
• You will represent the company during customer meetings
• Furthermore you will ensure compliance of existing products with standard test methods
• Depending on requirements of business, there is travel requirement up to 20%

 

For the position as Senior Scientist Analytical Chemistry we are looking for a driven Master of PhD educated candidate with expertise in Analytical Chemistry

• You have 5-10 years of experience in a technical role involving analytic chemistry
• Expertise in method development in chromatography, preferably Gas Chromatography (GC)
• You have strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch. Additional language skills (e.g. French, Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus)

• Long term position, which starts with a one year contract at the hiring company
• Salary indication €4200-6000 gross per month based on fulltime
• Full-time position (40 hours/week), but 32 hours is negotiable
• Day shift
