As a representative of quality within the production, ensure product conformity in compliance with the control plan and the correct application of the quality principles.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research and deployment of quality improvements at the UAP in accordance to FES requirements.
• Daily analysis, assessment and initiation of corrective actions, indicated by the CR&W.
• Has the authority to reject or approve products / block deliveries and immediately escalate to the Quality manager and UAP manager.
• Leading containment actions related to any customer or internal finding/complain.
• Participate in the UAP 8D reviews and ensure the strict application of the method.
• Defining, creating and updating the inspection instructions, line QA documents according to customer requirements and/or complaints.
• Daily collection and evaluation of quality indicators for UAP, quality monitoring indicators by GAP leader for the production lines.
• Deployment of 8 Quality Basics in production (training, implementation, follow-up and notify in case of deviations).
• Performing internal audits (8QB, Layered audits, Product audits..)) according to the audit plan and follow-up related action plans and improvements.
• Deploy QA Mindset in production, training and evaluation of inspectors, Coaching of 8QB, Daily routines and controls of critical quality points.

Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd?

• At least a completed MBO education (level 4).
• General quality techniques.
• TS 16949 standard and derived proprietary procedures.
• General production methods.
• Can read product drawings.
• User knowledge of general software packages.
• Knowledge of customer-related systems.
• Measurement techniques (manual gauges, sliding-caliber).
• General PC knowledge.
• Ability to read and write in English mandatory. Dutch or German language is a plus.
