(Full-time or Part-time)

Jumbo's project department is involved in shipping-, and offshore construction projects from the preparation phase until execution. To strengthen the project management team Jumbo is in search for a JuniorDocument Controller.

The project management team within Jumbo consists of an enthusiastic group Project Managers and a Senior Planner. Together with your co-workers from Engineering, Purchasing, Crewing, QHSE, Technical Department and Operations you will learn the specifics to be a Junior document controller.

MAIN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and project teams;
• Manage, organize, and control all project documentation, ensuring accurate registration, distribution, and archiving;
• Maintain document control registers, logs, and databases for both administrative and technical records;
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents according to established procedures;
• Liaise with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding documentation and administrative matters;
• Assist in the organization of audits, inspections, and compliance checks by providing required documentation.

REQUIRE

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Familiarity with maritime offshore industry documentation and regulatory requirements;
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
