Coördinator Bezorging vacatures bij timing

Extra@Home distributes six days a week, handling approximately 1,500 to 2,000 shipments daily. These shipments come from several major clients, such as Mediamarkt, IKEA, Wehkamp, and Otto, as well as various smaller clients. The shipments arrive at the Logistics Center both during the day and at night. Once the planning is ready for distribution, the shipments can be allocated to the appropriate routes. Approximately 60 logistics employees work daily on our sub-processes, with each sub-process being managed by one or more Logistics Coordinators. The overall responsible person for the process is the (Senior) Process Manager. The Logistics Coordinator reports to the on-duty Process Manager.

• You coordinate and monitor the execution of one or more sub-processes within the logistics center of Extra@Home, within the established quality and cost frameworks;
• You functionally supervise and address logistics employees, forklift/reach truck operators, delivery personnel, and distribution delivery assistants regarding their behavior and performance;
• You ensure the correct execution of processes and make adjustments in case of deviations;
• You contribute to the setup of the logistics center;
• You ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• You monitor adherence to safety regulations, house rules, and management systems;
• You address logistics employees and fellow coordinators regarding their behavior/presentation/care and work performance.

Wij bieden

Working in a 3-shift system: 2 weeks morning shift / 2 weeks afternoon shift / 2 weeks night shift;

Gross hourly wage of €15,03 excluding allowances;
