Job Purpose | Inbound Logistics Coordinator- IMRES (Netherlands) In this dynamic role, you are the link between our suppliers, transport partners and internal departments such as Purchase, Export and Warehouse. You make sure that all purchase orders are collected, shipped and delivered on time, in full and under the right conditions.

With the support of our trusted transport service providers, you organize and monitor incoming shipments and keep our logistics data accurate and up to date. In case of any irregularities, you act quickly and coordinate directly with the right stakeholders to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Responsibilities and activities:

You play a key role in ensuring our inbound logistics run smoothly and efficiently. With a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on mindset, you make sure every shipment arrives as planned.

• You coordinate transports from our suppliers' warehouses to our own.

• You monitor all incoming shipments until they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• You request and compare freight quotes when needed.

• You communicate promptly with internal stakeholders if something doesn't go according to plan.

• You take proactive steps to avoid unnecessary costs, such as storage or demurrage.

• You keep all logistics data in our systems accurate and up to date.

Your profile

You bring a strong mix of logistics know-how, accuracy and teamwork. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly and take ownership in a dynamic environment.

• You have at least an MBO+ level of working and thinking.

• You have experience with air, sea and road transport, and a good understanding of Incoterms and GDP transport.

• You work accurately, think in solutions and organize your work in a structured way.

• You communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally.

• You feel at home in an international environment and speak and write both Dutch and English fluently.

• You are confident working with MS Office and quickly find your way in new systems.

• You have experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics AX.

• You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
