Your responsibilities

You play an important role in the hall.You make sure others have the right materials and that everything runs smoothly. You think ahead and are not afraid to make decisions. The process runs like clockwork because you always keep an eye on what's happening around you. Thanks to your initiative, the welder receives the materials on time, and the hulls are in the right place.

As a crane operator , you hold a position of responsibility and work independently. Your tasks include:

• Loading, unloading and transporting steel plates, pipes, and constructions with overhead cranes
• Receiving and registering incoming materials
• Performing visual inspections of lifting equipment
• Unloading ships with steel, operating AGVs, forklifts, straddle carrier and terminal tractor
• Moving production tools and other heavy objects around the site

You possess;

• You have a VCA Basic certificate in Dutch or English or are willing to obtain one.
• For the Maasvlakte location, an aerial work platform certificate is mandatory.
• You are decisive and take initiative.
• You have crane/lifting instruction.
• You have a forklift certificate.
• Willing to work in our 3-shift system.
• Startdate is in negotiation.
