At Dentsu Creative Amsterdam we're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team.

We're building a diverse strategy department to reflect our boundless curiosity. So we are constantly looking for fresh minds, capable of inspiring creatives and designers, and helping set the strategic direction for our clients.

About the job

Currently, we are looking for a creative strategist who will:

• Uncover original human insights through consumer safaris, video interviews, data analysis and other research means.

• Use these insights to wow clients, creatives and other agency peers.

• Develop effective communication strategies.

• Translate business objectives into real-world tactics.

• Challenge all strategists with in-depth knowledge of changing consumer behaviour. Push them to be more in the now and in the know of what is happening.

• Take an active role during creative development, expanding first creative ideas into elaborate campaign plans.

• Educate agency peers about relevant new communication and consumer behaviour developments.

• Work dedicated on a (set of) client(s) to develop a deep understanding of their business, ambitions and challenges.
