As a Crew Administrator, you will deliver crewing related administrative support to the entire Crew Team

At DEME, our business thrives on becoming a data-driven organization for continuously improving operational excellence and decision-making processes. We are constantly exploring new opportunities where data assets and emerging technologies in AI and data science can make a significant difference. To accomplish this, we are seeking a data officer who can shape the use cases, capture the user's needs and create intuitive solutions that deliver results. With internal clients as the main stakeholder, you will work closely with data architects, data engineers, BI developers, data scientists and IT business partners.

The domains where data change requests and improvements are needed are broad: HR, Finance, Procurement and Logistics, QHSE, Asset Management or general Operations and can depend on past experiences and preferences. Besides the data officer role, you will be supporting the data science team.

We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with a strong background in Marine Engineering or GME, ideally with sailing experience on dredging vessels. This role involves managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of technical and operational data for our fleet. Proficiency with Maximo is a plus and will be beneficial for effective asset management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of Functional Hierarchy and Setup Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is highly desirable.

Electrical & Automation Engineer
