We are looking for a motivated Data Migration Specialist to join our Utrecht team and help us seamlessly transition essential client and project files to a new platform. If you thrive on keeping things organized and can communicate effectively to ensure a smooth transition, this role is for you!

• €2.700,- to €3.000,- gross a month.
• Possibility to work from home!
• 2-month project (with a chance of extension!)
• 40 hours a week

You are a dedicated and sharp individual with excellent digital and analytical skills.

• You possess a strong analytical mindset and can quickly understand complex requirements.
• You have an MBO/HBO (or equivalent) working and thinking level.
• You are a clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
• You are highly detail-oriented and accurate in your work.
• You are proficient in digital tools and systems (E.g. Microsoft Excel & Sharepoint, PowerBI).
• You have previous experience as a Data Migration Specialist or Data Entry Clerk.

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will be instrumental in a critical project to transfer client and project files from a previous system to a new platform, heavily utilizing Microsoft SharePoint. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Document Analysis: Collaborating with a colleague to systematically analyze existing documents and files to determine their relevance and placement in the new system structure.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Contacting the document owners/users to discuss the migration timing. A key focus is to ensure that documents are not moved while they are actively being used in the old system, preventing confusion or the creation of duplic
• System Migration: Once all preparations and confirmations are complete, you will accurately transfer the documents to the correct folders in the new system (SharePoint).
• Process Efficiency: Moving systematically from one file batch to the next, ensuring the entire migration process is completed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
