Medior Procurement Consultant

With at least three years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably within the public sector, you are the Medior Procurement Consultant we're looking for. You are well-versed in tendering procedures and contract management. You know the rules, recognise the risks and are quick to spot opportunities.

You take pride in designing and optimising procurement processes that are not only efficient but also aligned with broader societal goals such as sustainability and social impact. You're passionate about coaching others and enjoy leading teams. You know how to connect people, inspire them, and guide them towards strong, collaborative results.

What we're looking for

A Medior Consultant with deep expertise in procurement processes. You'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, lead complex tendering procedures, and take on an active mentoring role within the team. With your insight and drive, you help both projects and colleagues grow.

• You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Business Economics, Business Administration, or Procurement Management.
• You have proven knowledge and experience with tendering procedures and/or contract management, including experience with European tenders.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• You are familiar with procurement-related laws and regulations, such as the Dutch Public Procurement Act.
• Certifications such as NEVI or similar procurement-related qualifications are a plus.
• You are analytical, proactive, decisive, and results-oriented.
• You are a true connector with persuasive power and excellent communication skills.

What does working at Supply Value look like?

As a procurement consultant, you'll work independently or as part of a team on assignments for clients in both the public and private sectors. In roles such as (operational) procurement advisor, contract or supplier manager, or tender expert, you contribute to the procurement and management of goods and services. You'll also leverage our knowledge, tools, and proven methodologies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies that seamlessly align with client needs.

• Executing (European) tenders and conducting contract negotiations.

• Managing supplier relationships and evaluating performance.

• Advising on legal and compliance matters related to procurement.

• Analysing market trends and identifying savings opportunities and areas for improvement.

Our offer

• Salary range: €3,140 - €4,150 gross per month, depending on experience and education

• Option to work in a hybrid setup.
• Permanent contract from the start, with a 2-month trial period.
